(01) Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a best-in-class, user-centric mobile banking experience that balances functionality with visual appeal. This involved extensive refinement of existing screens, incorporating subscription management tools, enhanced budgeting features, and seamless payment tracking solutions. We approached this challenge by building on existing UI, polishing the design to meet the needs of diverse users, and conducting thorough competitor analysis in fintech. Our goals included designing a highly responsive fintech app with intuitive navigation and interactive features, a budgeting app UX that encourages financial responsibility, and a secure digital banking experience that users trust.

Our process began with comprehensive competitor research and a focus on developing streamlined, engaging user flows to guide users through their financial management journeys. We mapped detailed wireflows and created high-fidelity prototypes to visualize the user journey, followed by the development of an adaptive UI kit with a component-based design for scalability. Using clickable prototypes, we tested interactions to ensure a seamless experience, maximizing usability in a way that aligns with top mobile banking app design principles.
