(01) Challenge
PanoServ set out to transform how modern brands manage the customer experience after a purchase — a crucial yet often overlooked part of the eCommerce journey. Their team envisioned a centralized platform for handling product catalogs, installations, warranties, and service coordination. The challenge was to design a streamlined, scalable system that could accommodate a wide variety of product types — from mobility tech to furniture and wellness goods — while remaining intuitive for internal teams and external partners. At the same time, the product needed to support high-volume operations, flexible integration with third-party tools, and a consistent customer-facing experience.
(02) Approach
We took a systems-thinking approach to designing the platform — combining backend logic with frictionless user experience. Starting with the product dashboard, we designed a modular interface that adapts to the needs of B2B operators, content managers, and fulfillment teams. Custom filters, content tagging, and product grouping tools were introduced to simplify how brands manage their inventories across categories like Mobility, Wellness, Furniture, and Art. Mobile responsiveness was critical, so we ensured parity between desktop and mobile interfaces. Additionally, the visual hierarchy, interaction states, and task flows were shaped around speed, clarity, and control for non-technical users.
(03) Value delivered
The result is a highly functional, scalable platform that improves operational efficiency and enhances the overall customer experience. PanoServ users can now easily add, edit, and manage products, coordinate post-purchase logistics, and track service outcomes — all from a unified system. For brands, this translates to fewer touchpoints, faster response times, and a more cohesive product support process. The new platform reduced onboarding time for team members, improved catalog accuracy, and opened opportunities for new integrations with CRM and fulfillment systems. Most importantly, it positioned PanoServ as a powerful infrastructure layer for modern eCommerce brands looking to scale.
Design Strategy
Our design strategy revolved around reducing operational friction while maintaining a polished brand presentation. We developed an atomic design system, enabling consistent UI patterns across modules and devices. Emphasis was placed on intuitive actions — such as adding products, setting categories, or toggling service types — to allow team members to operate without technical blockers. Additionally, we paid close attention to the balance between data density and usability, ensuring the platform could grow in complexity without overwhelming users.

Design, Development, and Testing
The project was executed in two agile phases. Phase one focused on defining system architecture, wireframing product and service workflows, and building the core UI kit in Figma. In phase two, our development team implemented a React-based frontend with modular components, integrated APIs for product and service syncing, and embedded logic for content filters and permission settings. Extensive QA and UAT rounds covered functional, responsive, and performance testing — ensuring smooth usability under load and on mobile.

Interactive Design
Interactivity was centered on enhancing speed and visibility for power users. We implemented drag-and-drop product grouping, modal overlays for quick edits, and hover-triggered tooltips for key actions. Filters and content states update in real time, minimizing clicks and cognitive load. On mobile, the same components adjust fluidly, preserving all functionalities including search, product upload, and analytics views. Visual feedback, color-coded tags, and microinteractions added clarity and polish to the end-to-end experience.

Production Details
PanoServ’s platform was engineered for flexibility and growth. We delivered a front-end system powered by a reusable design library, responsive layout grid, and robust accessibility foundation. Admin dashboards were linked to real-time data services, with user roles and permissions built for distributed brand teams. API integrations allow the platform to connect seamlessly with eCommerce systems, CRMs, and logistics partners — laying the groundwork for full-service automation and third-party app layers.

We optimized performance using lightweight SVGs, lazy loading, and request caching — ensuring smooth rendering even with large datasets.

Multilingual and multi-brand support is baked into the architecture, making it easy to onboard enterprise clients or operate across markets.
